41st Annual Convention and Tradeshow

The 41st Annual Convention and Trade Show will be held in Oshawa, ON from Oct. 4-7, 2026.

The Convention is a great event for airport management to network with their peers, learn about new companies and services in the aviation industry, and learn from our speakers. It is also a great opportunity for business attendees to connect with their current and potential clients. AMCO’s Annual General Meeting is held during this event and we look forward to seeing our members in person each year.

Airport Authorities- small, medium and large airports and aerodromes located in Ontario and across Canada
Airport management and operations staff
Government Agencies involved in the development and regulation of airports
Manufacturers of materials, chemicals, equipment, instruments and systems related to the airport industry
Service providers of consulting, contracting, managing and developing airports and aerodromes
Industry Associations and stakeholders in the airport, airlines and tourism sector

Registration

Speakers

Convention kicks off with our traditional Golf Tournament followed by 2.5 days of informative speakers, Trade Show and exciting dinner events. More information will be provided as the agenda takes shape.

The Venue

This year’s event will take place at the Harmony Event Centre. This venue has hotel access and is immediately across the street from the golf course! We look forward to seeing you there.
